Note that for all those who intend visiting our facility/office, it should be noted that there is a visitation fee of EUR 300 per person to come which will be paid to the human resource department so they issue an invitation letter and accommodation fee before schedule will be made for such visit. This applies only to new clients who have not visited us before and who have neither placed their orders with us nor made any advance payment to us.
In the case for those who have placed order and made advance payment to us, they won’t need to pay for any visitation fee, all they will need to do is just send us copies of their passports with address and contact number then let us know when they intend visiting and we will go ahead to make a schedule for their visit to our facility and issue their invitation letters accordingly.
